    So delicious! I was trying to recreate the focaccia I ate in Polignano so I added way more olive oil than the recipe suggested and the bread turned out great!

    DANG!!!! this is to die for…. I used a ratio of 300g flour to 200g boiled potato. Can’t get Yukon Gold spuds down under so used the Dutch Cream. Such light and fluffy scrumptious focaccia I have never eaten before. It was so good I now have to make it almost daily as we are all addicted to it.

    Came out perfect the first time, I’ve used this recipe countless times since and it’s always delicious! I’ve had focaccia in Puglia in my childhood and this definitely brings back memories 🙂
