    So delicious! I was trying to recreate the focaccia I ate in Polignano so I added way more olive oil than the recipe suggested and the bread turned out great!

    DANG!!!! this is to die for…. I used a ratio of 300g flour to 200g boiled potato. Can’t get Yukon Gold spuds down under so used the Dutch Cream. Such light and fluffy scrumptious focaccia I have never eaten before. It was so good I now have to make it almost daily as we are all addicted to it.
